Synopsis
After witnessing his partner Simon’s indifference to the 1981 Brixton riots, Joseph Brady leaves their relationship and finds himself in love with a young man from New York named Gabriel. As the play progresses Joseph begins to reconcile his political and artistic sensibilities with his British-Jamaican heritage, but in doing so begins to withdraw from Gabriel.
