Synopsis

Talking in Tongues set in London and New York begins with a New Year’s party in London. Whilst hiding amongst the coats away from the celebrations, Leela, Curly and Claudette witness Leela’s husband having sex with a white woman. Only when Leela breaks away and takes a holiday in Jamaica can she begin to come to terms with her own feelings.
