Synopsis

Job Rocking is a lyrical imagining of a job centre in Margaret Thatcher’s England, with a club of regular members, some chasing their dream job, others accepting their life of precarity and poverty. There’s footballers, fishermen, boxers, and rock stars…but for the members of the Job Club, there are simply no jobs. That’s alright, money doesn’t always equal happiness… does it?
