Synopsis
Dr Kola, Minister for Health under the recently toppled regime, is interrogated in his cell by coup leader Sergeant Kay. Dr Kola, his family living comfortably around Europe, protests that not being a soldier he’d killed no one, at least not directly. Nor had he taken money destined for the country’s new hospital, which disappeared into the Swiss bank accounts of his corrupt former colleagues. Is he any less guilty than the rest of these men for the plight of the country?
