Douglas Archibald

Douglas Archibald was born in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad in 1919. His first play Junction Village won the Readers and Writers Guild prize for Trinidad’s best play of 1952. Archibald went on to write a further fourteen plays including works for radio and television.
