Synopsis

A journey of a lifetime for mixed-race Kofi and his Jamaican girlfriend Lyn, along with their British friends, Leo, Helen, and Lloyd, turns into a hotbed of tensions and anxieties as the luggage Kofi takes with him is not just confined to rucksacks and suitcases. Weighing him down on the long-awaited trip to his father’s homeland in Ghana is a heap of emotional baggage about love, loss, identity, and the games people play.
